Conference facilities photos
All conference halls provided have different sit capacities (maximum to 350 sits) and may be used for the purposes of various business, scientific and public events. These may include various seminars, conferences, congresses, expositions and reception standing.
All conference-falls are equipped with:
- TV-set
- Projector for demonstration of both static pictures and video on the screen with diagonal up to 300 sm.
- DVD player (reading DVD, CD, MP3 formats)
- Videotape recorder (format VHS and S-VHS)
- Computer for reproduction of various formats of files (CD-ROM is used). When required the high-speed internet access is available.
- Audio amplifying equipment (set comprises standing microphones and radio microphones)
Halls are additionally equipped with high-power air conditioning system.
Meeting rooms photos
For the purposes of business talks the meeting rooms are available for rent. This option is an ideal solution if you want to make contract or meet partners or clients without going out of the hotel.

Please be informed, that individual or corporate client cancellation of booking for any reason is subject of penalty estimated as following:
Cancellation 10 days before event - reimbursement of 25% of services price.
Cancellation during the days of scheduled event - reimbursement of 50% of service price.
